The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection was impressive, but the pool could use better upkeep. Nice location for beach access and local entertainment, especially happy hour at the bar. Room cleanliness was decent but expect minor issues.

Loved the beach access and the variety at breakfast, especially the fresh fruit. Check-in was confusing and took way too long. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the firepit area at night. Pool was murky during our stay, which was disappointing.

I was really disappointed that housekeeping never showed up during our whole stay. We were left with barely enough towels for four people, and the trash piled up because we had to take it out ourselves. It was frustrating!

Rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds. there are significant drawbacks. Cleanliness issues existed, with carpets needing attention. Restaurant services faltered after the first night, leaving guests disappointed. A broken deadbolt lock on our door added to concerns about safety. With exceptional staff and good amenities, this could be a standout property. They must address the maintenance and service discrepancies to truly elevate the guest experience.

The room was exceptionally spacious and clean, with soft, comfortable beds that provided a great night's sleep. I loved the refrigerator, which was a fantastic bonus. The bathroom had a fan, a feature I rarely find in hotels, and it worked well to disperse steam after showers. Room 312 had a partial sea view, though some trees and a building ledge partially blocked the view. The overall cleanliness was impressive, but hallways needed more attention. The only issue was a malfunctioning bathroom door, which the staff addressed promptly.

I had a wonderful stay with everything right across the street from the beach, and I loved how easy it was to visit all the local sights like the Biloxi Lighthouse Pier, just a short walk away at around 500 meters, and the stunning Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, less than 2 km away, making my morning strolls delightful as I soaked in the coastal beauty;

Beautiful location with an ocean view. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit added to the charm. Breakfast was impressive, thanks to the hardworking staff. the room's view was disappointing-more parking lot than ocean. Accessibility features fell short; the supposed handicap room was cramped. Check-in issues caused some frustration, and while the front desk staff did their job, they lacked warmth. Security was concerning, especially with broken access points. Despite these hiccups, the welcoming breakfast staff made the mornings brighter. A mixed bag of experiences, but the potential is there.

First off, let's talk about the pros. The room we stayed in was quite spacious and clean, which was really nice. The beds were comfortable, and we had a lovely ocean view from the 4th floor, making our stay even more enjoyable. It wasn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for.

My friends and I had a lit time at the 3-star hotel near Beau Rivage Casino! The beach view from our room was fire, and the free brekkie was a vibe. The staff was chill, rooms were clean, and beds were comfy. Definitely coming back for the next squad trip!

Only thing missing was a rooftop party spot with music and drinks for a real turn-up! .

During my xmas stay, the location was great, just a stone's throw away from the beach and other attractions. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying.

There were a few drawbacks. The pool was out of service, which was disappointing as we were looking forward to a swim.

J, and Deseree, were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to assist us. the spacious and clean room had a fantastic beach view, and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel. the pool area was lovely, and the convenient location across from the beach made it easy to cross the highway.
